Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Virra - Go Viral app ("Virra", the "app"), provided by Farasu Holdings ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. They sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which governs your licence to the app from the App Store; where the two differ, Apple's terms take precedence for matters they cover.
1. What Virra does
Virra uses artificial intelligence to analyse short-form video and produce grades, notes and hashtag suggestions. This is guidance, not a guarantee. Platform algorithms, audiences and trends change, and we cannot promise any particular level of views, engagement or growth.
2. Your account
You need an Apple ID to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app; if you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos you submit. You give us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any content you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
4. Subscriptions
- The app is free to download. Video analysis and the other features described in the app require a Virra Pro subscription.
- Virra Pro is available as a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription, purchased through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app and in your local currency.
- Where a free trial is offered, your subscription starts and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions.
- Payments, refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, to attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or to circumvent subscription limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features, and may discontinue the app with reasonable notice. Analysis relies on third-party AI services, whose availability we do not control.
7. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of views, revenue or followers arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Ending these terms
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end your access if you breach these terms.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
